
Roughly 185 lbs hanging weight and 140 lbs of beef for the freezer. This will include the full range of cuts (ribeye, filet, flank, ground beef, etc.). The beef will be delivered in April - May and will be priced at $6.50 / lb on the hanging weight. So if hanging weight comes out to 185 lbs, the final price would be $1,200 less your initial deposit.
