
Roughly 750 lbs hanging weight and 575 lbs of beef for the freezer. This will include the full range of cuts (ribeye, filet, flank, ground beef, etc.). The beef will be delivered in April - May and will be priced at $6.50 / lb on the hanging weight. So if hanging weight comes out to 750 lbs, the final price would be $4,875 less your initial deposit.
